In 1998, at the age of 19, Billie Allen was convicted of a crime he never committed. He has been on death row ever since. Throughout the years, Billie has channeled his pain, anger, and at times numbness, into art. From within prison walls, Billie has created hundreds of paintings and collages. He’s now sending them into the world in form of postcards, encouraging anyone who cares about justice to mail them to their representatives to raise awareness about his case, the many miscarriages of justice and the death penalty.

Call on President Biden, Attorney General Garland, and members of Congress to Free Billie Allen!

We are asking our elected officials to:

Grant Billie Allen a fair retrial/pardon/clemency so he can return home where he belongs.

Commute the sentences of all people on federal death row.

Pass the Federal Death Penalty Prohibition Act of 2021.

Purchase a single postcard featuring Billie's powerful artwork on the front.

  • Postcard back has website information to raise awareness among your friends, family, and your local elected officials.
